Hydronat is a carob protein hydrolysate development by Spain based manufacturer Pevesa. While protein Isolates are made of more full length protein strands, Hydrolised powders provide more of the smaller individual amino acids and medium sized peptides.
The peptides provide a combination of less size than the full length protein strands plus greater stability than free amino acids alone so they are more easily used by the body. An in-house test confirmed that a Carob Hydrolysate promoted higher Glutamine concentrations in muscle and liver tissues when compared to supplementation with stand alone Glutamine.
